(“CMG”, “Catalyst” or the “Company”)

SIS Dividend Declaration

The Board of CMG (AIM: CMX) is pleased to announce that Sports Information Services (Holdings) Limited (“SIS”), in which CMG has an approximate 20.54% interest, has today declared a dividend of £3,078,732.

The Company today received its share of the abovementioned SIS dividend distribution, which amounted to £632,275.

In conjunction with the finalisation of the Company’s final results for its financial year ended 30 June 2024, which are due to be published by 31 December 2024, the Board of CMG will consider the declaration and quantum of a dividend to the Company’s shareholders. A further announcement will be made confirming the final details of CMG’s proposed dividend at that time.
